Qualifications

• Prior working experience in Employee Benefits within broking/insurance.
• Strong domain knowledge and client management in health and benefits consulting.
• MAS qualification is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client strategy to ensure client retention and revenue growth.
• Advise on insurance programs and flexible benefits for clients.
• Present benchmarking data, claims analysis and market trends during renewals.
• Manage the renewal process with clients and ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Check policy contracts, endorsements and invoices for accuracy.
• Update global benefits systems for global/regional clients in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with regional and local support teams to deliver value-add deliverables to clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell inter-department services.
