Job summary

People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking a Global Head of Business Development to report to the CMO. The role focuses on strategically growing IB networks worldwide, overseeing partnerships and driving revenue expansion with strong compliance and operational oversight.

The position is remote with a global scope, pays salary dependent on location and experience, and operates under an SLA/B2B contract. English fluency required and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience at FX brokers in related roles.
• Extensive market exposure across East Asia, Southeast Asia and LatAm.
• Proven network and experience growing IB partnerships internationally.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial markets and client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Leadership experience, preferably managing regional BD teams.
