Job summary

Second Talent in Singapore is seeking a partnerships professional to develop new collaborations with local banks and payment institutions, manage screening, evaluation and onboarding of partners, and foster long-term growth.

You will research local user payment habits, conduct market surveys, analyse competitors to identify opportunities, explore remittance use cases with merchants, and prepare partnership proposals based on company needs and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Develop new partnerships with local banks and payment institutions, participating in the entire process of partner screening, evaluation, and onboarding;
2. 2. Maintain and foster relationships with local partners to ensure sustainable business growth;
3. 3. Research local user payment habits, conduct market surveys, and analyse competitors to identify market opportunities;
4. 4. Deeply explore application scenarios for international remittance products, seeking merchant onboarding and downstream channels;
5. 5. Demonstrate thorough understanding of company operations, collate business requirements, facilitate timely information exchange, and prepare partnership proposals as required.

Requirements:

1. 1. Excellent command of English; experience in English-speaking work environments preferred.
2. 2. Experienced in cross-border payments, preferably with involvement in international remittance projects;
3. 3. Strong communication and collaboration skills; background in internet industries such as Fintech or payments advantageous;
4. 4. Highly responsible, optimistic and proactive, capable of deep analytical thinking and independent problem-solving;
5. 5. Excellent negotiation, coordination, organizational abilities and teamwork ethos.
