Qualifications

5-15 years of relevant experience in cross-border payments or Transaction Banking or sales targeting the MSME segment.
Candidate with ready book of customers preferred.
A degree or professional qualification from a recognized university preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Persistent, reliable, coachable, and possessing high integrity.
Ability to thrive under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business prospects to meet assigned sales targets.
Expand the share of wallet from existing clients.
