Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst/PMO Analyst to support the modernization of the Cash Management and Transaction Banking platform, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams in APAC and regional stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, manage risks and dependencies, and help deliver projects on time with quality, including UAT support, test planning, and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, CS, or a related field.
• 3+ years as a BA, PMO Analyst, or Consultant in banking or tech projects.
• Strong business English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services projects or related transformations.
• Experience in large-scale system implementation or modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization of Cash Management and Transaction Banking platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and specs.
• Conduct current/target-state assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive business process optimization for cross-border banking and operations.
• Facilitate workshops with business users, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery and ensure alignment of requirements to design.
• Support UAT, test planning, defect tracking, and sign-off activities.
