Job summary

Capital Group is recruiting a Digital Workplace Engineer to install, maintain and support advanced AV systems across seven Asia offices. You will troubleshoot enterprise AV setups, perform preventive maintenance, and develop documentation to meet corporate standards.

The role requires collaboration across regional teams and external partners. You should have extensive experience with Cisco/Crestron/QSC/Extron AV platforms, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work non‑standard hours

Qualifications

Experience in a multi‑regional IT environment.
Ability to work weekends, evenings and extended hours when needed.
Proven track record managing complex Audio‑Visual projects in enterprise settings.
Knowledge of Asia Pacific corporate AV marketplace and regional partners.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, administer and support organization’s A/V equipment across Asia offices.
Perform preventive maintenance and testing of AV systems.
Develop technical documentation and vendor guidance for AV projects.
Coordinate with integrators, manufacturers and distributors across regions.
