Job summary

Aptitude Asia Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced AV/Multimedia Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of audio-visual spaces across APAC for a global financial institution. Responsibilities

• Partner with Real Estate PMs, architects, and business leads to review layouts, define AV Scope of Work (SOW), generate cost estimates, and manage requisitions in Ariba.
• Draft RFP packages for complex integrations, lead vendor bid leveling with Regional Leadership, and manage AV integration partners under corporate MSA agreements.
• Build integrated AV project schedules, conduct site quality inspections, and provision endpoints (Zoom/TP, Digital Signage, IPTV).
• Oversee operational walkthroughs, user training, and collect complete as-built documentation into SharePoint before final closeout.

We are seeking an experienced AV / Multimedia Technology Project Manager based in Singapore to lead the end-to-end implementation of audio-visual and multi-media spaces across Asia-Pacific for a global financial institution. You will manage the full project lifecycle for diverse corporate environments—including executive boardrooms, trading floor display hubs, client presentation suites, multi-purpose event halls, and broadcast studios.

Key responsibilities

Partner with Real Estate PMs, architects, and business leads to review layouts, define AV Scope of Work (SOW), generate cost estimates, and manage requisitions in Ariba

Draft RFP packages for complex integrations, lead vendor bid leveling with Regional Leadership, and manage AV integration partners under corporate MSA agreements

Build integrated AV project schedules, conduct site quality inspections, and provision endpoints (Zoom/TP, Digital Signage, IPTV)

Oversee operational walkthroughs, user training, and collect complete as-built documentation (DSP files, control codes, serial/MAC inventories) into SharePoint before final closeout

About you

7–10+ years of hands-on experience in AV design, integration, or project management

Prior experience delivering technology projects within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Global MNC environments is highly preferred

Active CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) accreditation or AVIXA affiliation (required)

Proven familiarity with centralized control systems, DSP programming, Zoom/Teams video endpoints, IPTV, and enterprise digital signage

Strong proficiency in SAP Ariba, project tracking tools, and senior stakeholder management under tight site schedules
