Job summary

Capital Group is recruiting a Digital Workplace Engineer to install, maintain and support advanced AV systems across seven Asia offices. You will troubleshoot enterprise AV setups, perform preventive maintenance, and develop documentation to meet corporate standards.

The role requires collaboration across regional teams and external partners. You should have extensive experience with Cisco/Crestron/QSC/Extron AV platforms, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work non‑standard hours

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi‑regional IT environment.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and extended hours when needed.
• Proven track record managing complex Audio‑Visual projects in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific corporate AV marketplace and regional partners.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, administer and support organization’s A/V equipment across Asia offices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing of AV systems.
• Develop technical documentation and vendor guidance for AV projects.
• Coordinate with integrators, manufacturers and distributors across regions.

Role Overview

“I can succeed as a Digital Workplace Engineer at Capital Group.” As part of our global Technology Engineering team, you will install, maintain, administer and support the organization’s audio‑visual equipment and services across seven offices in Asia. You will manage, troubleshoot and maintain audio/video (A/V) systems; perform preventive maintenance and testing; and implement audio, video and control systems that meet enterprise standards and requirements.

“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication is a strength of yours Creating technical documentation is a strength of yours You are self‑motivating, and can work autonomously with minimal supervision You have at least 5 years of experience within a multi‑disciplinary global IT environment You are highly flexible and able to work weekends, evenings and extended hours when necessary At times the working environment can be pressurized, you must be able to achieve results during such situations You have a track record for successfully participating in complex Audio‑Visual projects You have expansive knowledge of the Asia Pacific region corporate AV marketplace, including established relationships with key integrators, manufacturers, consultants and distributors You have experience working in multiple regions and time zones with colleagues in other countries within Asia, and globally Continuous improvement practices are part of your day‑to‑day work processes You’ve provided technological direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations to partners You have a proven track record supporting and using the following audio‑visual technologies: Cisco audio visual and voice systems QSC Audio, Video and Control Crestron Video and Touch Panels Extron table connectivity hardware Shure Ceiling Microphones And more……… You have a thorough understanding of troubleshooting, testing, analysis and corrective action within global corporate Networks and Audio/Video environment It is a positive if the following AV certifications are held – Degree in a relevant subject, CTS‑D/I
