Job summary

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is recruiting an Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Export) to join their team in Singapore East. You will manage end-to-end air export shipments, prepare export documentation, and coordinate with airlines and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or export operations, with flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or export operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air export shipment coordination from booking to departure.
• Prepare and verify export shipping documentation and customs-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with airlines, warehouse teams, transport vendors, customers, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates on delivery status.
• Handle shipment exceptions and resolve operational issues.
• Support customer enquiries related to export shipments and documentation.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
