Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at Changi Airfreight Centre Office to join our freight operations team. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate daily shipments.

The role demands strong attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with export documentation, airline bookings, and billing processes. On-site collaboration with multiple teams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding/export operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with export documentation, airline booking procedures, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main coordinator between clients and internal departments for daily operations.
• Handle airline bookings and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Follow up on daily shipment orders and prepare full sets of export documents.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and agent correspondence while offering effective solutions.
• Send Pre-Alert notifications to destination offices/agents.
• Print HAWB, manifest, and MAWB for airline processing.
• Process billing for local deliveries and verify vendor invoices.
• Issue invoices to customers and agents.
• Check job costing for all handled shipments to ensure profitability.
• Scan and archive documents in Kendox Archive.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
