• Monitor operational performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Take ownership of complex or high-value shipments.
• Identify operational inefficiencies for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and regulatory documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on forwarding procedures.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to management.
