You will drive cross‑functional AI programs, steer ecosystem collaborations, and ensure scalable, enterprise‑grade AI solutions aligned with business priorities.

Formación

• Extensive leadership experience in AI strategy and ecosystem development.
• Strong track record in forming and managing strategic AI partnerships.
• Experience driving innovation programs and enterprise AI adoption.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in AI deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyse global AI trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities from AI advancements, ensuring compliance.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on AI investment priorities and governance.
• Develop an adaptable AI innovation roadmap promoting growth and market leadership.
• Build partnerships with fintechs, researchers, providers to co‑develop AI solutions.
• Design and lead a partnership strategy aligned with enterprise AI goals.
• Identify external capabilities to bolster the bank’s AI portfolio.
• Represent the bank in AI industry forums to influence standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end identification, negotiation, and governance of AI partnerships.
• Oversee governance frameworks balancing collaboration with risk controls.
• Facilitate integration of external AI partners with internal teams.
• Guide investment decisions and contract negotiations for AI collaborations.
• Develop and operationalise an innovation methodology for piloting AI use cases.
• Lead cross‑business teams in agile experimentation.
• Ensure transition of validated AI pilots into scalable solutions.
• Disseminate AI insights and best practices to drive adoption.
• Identify transformative AI opportunities to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
