Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a results-driven Aftersales & Dealer Relations specialist to manage KPIs across regional dealers and support global strategies. You will coordinate with the Global Service Center to ensure customer satisfaction and drive service improvements.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Parts and Procurement, plus frequent overseas travel to SEA and APAC regions. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in engineering, preferably power generation.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in dealer management or after-sales.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently to SEA and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure achievement of Global Aftersales KPIs across regional dealers.
• Support implementation of global after-sales strategies and improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas dealers and coordinate with Global Service Center for customer satisfaction.
