Job summary

Gremax Industrial Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accounting profissional to handle full sets of accounts for local and overseas entities. The role involves AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closing, along with data collection for reporting and compliance.

You will liaise with overseas teams, external accountants and banks, supporting audits and tax matters while maintaining accurate records. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for cross-border communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple entities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for communication with overseas stakeholders.

Responsibilities
