The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years of accounting experience; SAP experience is advantageous, with a multicultural, adaptable mindset

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full accounting cycle and ledgers for the company.
• Prepares bank reconciliations, AR, AP and GL analysis.
• Records financial transactions and performs month-end close.
• Postings and maintenance of all journals and accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and upkeep of all accounting records.
• Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible for preparing monthly statements and other reports as requested, maintaining chart of accounts, general ledger entries, payment of company expenses, timely processing of vendor payments, reconciling customer debits for refunds and returned product, timely cash deposits and credit card processing, maintain good relationships internal and external to the organization, accurate recordkeeping, and assisting with the development/implementation of Accounting Department policies, procedures, methods, projects and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full accounting cycle of the company and all ledgers and bookkeeping (Daily accounts receivable/accounts payable, general ledger; ).
• Prepares bank reconciliations, Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger analysis.
• Records financial transactions, performs month end, updates statements/invoices & check financial records for accuracy.
• Conducts recording, posting, and upkeep of all journals and accounting records.
• Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of all accounting records.
• Recording all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts and payments by an individual or the organization.
• Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
