Global Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Global Account Manager to drive profitable account growth, position the organisation as a strategic partner, lead cross-functional delivery teams, support account expansion strategies, and provide key revenue and activity reports to management.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Enhance sales performance by implementing harmonized processes across regions.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts through regular client visits and relationship‑building.
  • Track performance against sales targets and provide timely updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to service, billing, or customer support.
  • Develop and execute a personal sales plan that supports customer retention, account growth, and new business acquisition.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, taking proactive actions to maximize results.
  • Ensure all agreements are commercially viable and aligned with pricing guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on pipeline progress, sales activities, and market insights
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in Auto‑Mobility / Oil & Gas or Energy domains.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at different levels.
  • Proven track record in developing accounts and converting leads into long‑term customers.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and influence decision‑making.
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred.
