Job summary

Taoist College (Singapore) is seeking an Executive to support research, publications, academic programmes and local and international engagements under the Lorong Koo Chye Sheng Hong Temple Association.

The successful candidate will coordinate with academics and institutional partners, manage publications and contribute to cultural heritage initiatives. Strong writing, research, and bilingual communication skills are essential, with willingness to travel for international engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in humanities or related field is required.
• Experience in academic research, publications or programme coordination is preferred.
• Strong writing and research skills with ability to draft formal documents.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for bilingual publications and correspondence.
• Experience coordinating with academics, institutions and partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research on Taoist studies and related subjects.
• Draft, edit and proofread academic articles and institutional publications.
• Prepare speeches, conference materials and other written communications.
• Coordinate with authors, editors and external contributors on publication projects.
• Manage international visits, conferences and academic engagements.
• Support planning of academic programmes and events.
