Job summary

Sunnyville Nursing Home (1996) PTE LTD invites a dedicated registered nurse to uphold clinical quality and safety across all resident care.

You will supervise staff, administer medications, perform wound care and vital-sign monitoring, document care records, and collaborate with doctors and sponsors to ensure optimal geriatric outcomes. You will also monitor ENHS compliance and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with SNB license (local or board-accepted).
• BCLS certification required.
• 2–3 years post-registration experience in geriatric care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe clinical care and make decisions for residents.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and monitor vitals.
• Order, pack and prepare daily medications for residents.
• Document nursing records to meet MOH requirements.
• Supervise staff according to ENHS guidelines and SOPs.
• Plan daily activities and assist rehabilitation programs.
• Manage inventory and control nursing supplies and meals.
• Coordinate with Medical Doctor on treatment plans.
• Investigate and resolve resident feedback and complaints.
• Deputise for senior nursing staff as needed.
