Job summary

Sunnyville Nursing Home (1996) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Nurse to oversee clinical nursing quality and safety across residents and sponsors. You will ensure adherence to 4 Zero indicators and lead safe delivery of meds and nursing procedures, including wound care and vital sign monitoring.

Responsibilities include supervising staff per ENHS SOPs, organizing daily activities, managing medication preparation, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation as required by MOH.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree/diploma with valid SNB licence (local) or Board Pass (foreign)
• State Registered Nurse with valid practicing license
• BCLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support)

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and excellent clinical and service quality to residents and sponsors
• Ensure clinical quality guided by 4 Zeros indicators: Zero Falls, Zero Medication Errors, Zero nursing home acquired pressure ulcers and infections
• Safe delivery of care and clinical decisions to all residents; render nursing procedures and monitor vital signs
• Order, pack and prepare daily medications for all residents; maintain nursing documentation meeting MOH requirements
• Provide supervision to staff ensuring adherence to SOPs and ENHS guidelines
• Assist in daily activities planning and rehabilitation support; liaise with hospitals and sponsors
