Job summary

ECON Healthcare (Asia) Pte Ltd invites applications for a Clinical Nursing Quality and Safety role within its geriatric care operations. The successful candidate will lead clinical care quality, supervise nursing staff, and ensure adherence to ENHS/SOPs while maintaining comprehensive resident records.

You will coordinate with medical staff, plan daily activities, assist rehabilitation efforts, and manage resources to support safe, person-centered care for residents and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma with SNB license; BCLS certification.
• Post-registration experience, preferably in geriatric care.
• Ability to supervise and train junior nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and excellent clinical and service quality to residents and sponsors.
• Ensure clinical quality guided by 4 Zeros indicators: zero falls, zero med errors, zero pressure ulcers, zero infections.
• Safe delivery of care and clinical decisions for all residents.
• Administer medications, injections, wound dressings; monitor vital signs.
• Prepare daily medications for residents; maintain nursing documentation for MOH.
• Supervise staff per ENHS guidelines; train new nurses and junior staff.
• Plan and carry out daily activities for residents; assist rehab activities.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste; monitor supplies and disposables.
• Collaborate with Medical Doctor on treatment reviews.
• Assist in investigating feedback and complaints; liaison with centres.
• Perform other duties; liaison with hospitals and sponsors; maintain cleanliness.
• Deputise for senior nursing management when required.
