Job summary

Econ Nursing Home Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated nurse to uphold clinical quality and safety for residents and sponsors. You will deliver safe nursing care, administer medications, and supervise junior staff according to ENHS/SOPs, with a focus on minimizing falls, medication errors, and infections.

You will coordinate daily activities, assist therapists, manage supplies, document care accurately for MOH compliance, and liaise with hospitals and sponsors on medical appointments.

Qualifications

• Locally trained: Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Nursing with valid licence from SNB
• Foreign Trained: Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass
• State Registered Nurse with valid practicing license issued by the Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• At least 2–3 years of post-registration experience, preferably in geriatric care

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, excellent clinical and service quality to residents and sponsors
• Deliver safe clinical care and nursing procedures including assessments, medication administration, injections, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
• Order, pack and prepare daily medications; maintain accurate nursing documentation per MOH requirements
• Supervise staff to ensure SOPs are followed and provide guidance to junior nurses
• Plan and carry out daily resident activities; assist in rehabilitation programs; encourage participation
• Assist in proper management of food costs and inventory control of supplies
• Work with Medical Doctor on resident treatment plans
• Handle feedback and complaints; participate in investigations and resolution
• Deputise for senior nurse leaders and liaise with hospitals and sponsors on appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and effective communication with residents and sponsors
