Job summary

fujiang food court pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations and drive performance across multiple outlets and central kitchens.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets and lead senior managers to ensure high service standards, profitability, and compliance with food safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B management or operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets or business units preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and oversee the overall F&B operations of the company.
• Manage multiple food courts, outlets, food stalls and/or central kitchen operations.
• Develop business strategies, operational plans and performance targets.

• Lead and supervise managers and key operational personnel.
• Plan manpower requirements and organizational structure.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business expansion and new outlet setup.
• Establish and improve operational procedures, service standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with management, landlords, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and relevant regulatory requirements.
