Job summary

FUJIANG FOOD COURT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced F&B Operations Leader to oversee the group’s dining portfolio. You will drive overall performance across multiple outlets, ensure sound profitability, and guide senior managers in delivering consistent service and standards.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B management or business operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or business units preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall F&B operations of the company.
• Manage multiple food courts, outlets, food stalls and/or central kitchen operations.
