Job summary

fujiang food court pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee daily operations of food courts and outlets. You will manage manpower planning, schedules and resources, aiming to deliver efficient service and profitability.

You will monitor sales, costs and inventory, develop procedures and standards, coordinate with suppliers and teams, and lead recruitment, training and supervision while ensuring food hygiene and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant management or F&B operational experience.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple outlets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and process improvement.
