Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide senior leadership over Labgistics' end-to-end logistics, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective, safe, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Strengthen warehouse, distribution, and value-added service capabilities through continuous improvement and modernization.
• Improve inventory management, stock accuracy, demand planning, resource allocation, and operational productivity.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve service levels while optimizing cost-to-serve.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs to drive accountability, productivity, and service excellence.
• Develop and execute Labgistics' operational strategy in alignment with Group objectives.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance review cycles.
• Support the implementation and optimization of WMS, TMS, ERP, and other systems to improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, business cases, and operational cost structures.
• Evaluate capital expenditure and operational investments based on business requirements and return on investment.
• Support commercial initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance Labgistics' revenue and customer proposition.
• Support pricing discussions, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and tenders where required.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams across logistics, warehouse, operations, and supporting functions.
• Establish clear performance objectives and KPIs across operational teams.
• Provide regular operational and strategic updates to the Director of Operations and Group leadership.
