Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years in progressive management within 3PL/contract logistics.
At least 5 years in senior site leadership or operations management.
Experience leading large teams (>100) in complex warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for major contract logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance and service excellence.
Take full P&L responsibility for assigned facilities, managing costs, resources and revenue to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring SLAs and satisfaction.
Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers, presenting performance and initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement via Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to boost productivity.
Lead implementation and integration of warehouse technologies and WMS.
Develop a high-performing workforce through talent development and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, MOM requirements and governance standards.
