Job summary

SINGAPURA MOBILE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Outlet Manager to drive the business and financial success of our outlet through cost control, budgeting, and profitability targets. You will oversee staff, operations, and customer service to deliver consistent guest experiences.

This role requires strong leadership in recruitment, training, safety compliance, and payroll administration while guiding teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting and cost control in retail or hospitality settings.
• Strong people management and leadership skills including recruitment and payroll administration.
• Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations and how to ensure compliance.
• Excellent service orientation and ability to coach staff for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outlet achieves financial targets through cost control and sales planning.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and payroll for outlet staff.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Provide coaching to staff to deliver consistent guest service and handle queries professionally.
• Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Job description

• Responsible for the business and financial success of the outlet operations by applying knowledge in costing and cost control, including staff and cost of sales
• Responsible for planning and working within budget, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets
• Responsible for people management including recruitment, motivation, training and development, roster planning, and payroll administration
• Ensure that safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times and to be in compliance in accordance to regulations
• Provide leadership in cultivating, guiding and coaching staff in providing excellent service experience to all guests consistently
• Handles all queries and feedbacks in a professional and timely manner
• Adhoc duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor
