GRINWEIV ALLIANCE PTE LTD is seeking an administrative professional to support general insurance operations in Singapore. You will respond to customer inquiries, liaise with insurers for quotations and policy processing, and assist with claims coordination and documentation.
The role requires basic insurance knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and Mandarin communication abilities, with a welcoming environment for fresh candidates and local open eligibility.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries about general insurance policies to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
Liaise with insurers to obtain accurate quotations and process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy documentation efficiently
Assist customers with insurance claims by coordinating with insurers and following up to ensure timely resolution
Manage incoming phone calls and emails to address general insurance enquiries and provide accurate information
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management to maintain organised and up-to-date records
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation to support smooth policy administration
Collaborate with team members to complete additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned, contributing to overall team effectiveness
Minimum GCE \"O\" Level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) to support documentation and communication tasks
1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred to enhance job performance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn, suitable for fresh candidates
General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI or equivalent) advantageous for deeper industry knowledge
Ability to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients via phone and email
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and manage workload
