Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a product, data, or process automation professional to join the Trust and Safety GenAI & Emerging Products team. You will design safety frameworks, manage end-to-end projects, and drive AI-driven process improvements to ensure safe, scalable GenAI operations worldwide.

Collaborate with product, policy, R&D, data and operations to convert pain points into standardized solutions, track metrics, and deliver high-quality safety outcomes across global platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in product management, data science, or process automation.
• Hands-on technical experience building end-to-end solutions, independently or in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking and capability in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-augmented development tools such as Codex and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end safety frameworks for GenAI and EP Operations workflows.
• Own full-lifecycle safety projects from planning to optimization.
• Transform legacy reporting into AI-driven analytics for actionable insights.
• Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance AI operations.
