The role emphasizes responsible AI practices, prompt design, and continuous improvement of service operations, with extensive experience in large language models and banking context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, information systems or related field.
• 5–10 years hands-on experience designing, building, and operating end-to-end AI/ML systems.
• 1–2 years dedicated experience with generative AI and large language models.
• Hands-on experience designing prompts, tuning outputs, and integrating LLMs into end-user apps.
• Familiarity with AI agent model evaluation techniques.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations for agentic AI deployments, including performance and uptime monitoring.
• Lead agent evaluation, issue triage, and corrective action with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine prompts, fine-tuning pipelines, and cost optimization strategies.
• Embed prompts and AI workflows into incident, problem, and change management processes.
