Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in a production environment. You will work on agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, and large-scale ML pipelines that support business decisions across platforms.

You will design robust microservices, APIs, and distributed systems, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with product teams, data scientists, and platform engineers.

Qualifications

• AI/ML Expertise – 5+ years deploying models in production
• Agentic AI – autonomous AI agents with tool use, planning, execution
• Programming – Python/Java with ML libs and Spring Boot
• Microservices Architecture – 5+ years designing microservices
• ML Ops – model versioning, monitoring and deployment
• Cloud platforms – AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Distributed systems – messaging and event-driven design
• Version control – Git and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and AI solutions
• Build agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making
• Develop multi-agent systems with tools, planning, memory
• Create scalable ML pipelines for training, eval, inference
• Implement state-of-the-art algorithms (NLP, CV, recommender systems)
• Maintain robust microservices and RESTful APIs across platforms
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor juniors
