Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, CS, IS, or related field.
• 15+ years designing, building, and operationalizing end-to-end AI/ML systems.
• 1–2 years dedicated to generative AI and LLM projects.
• Hands-on prompts design, tuning outputs, and integrating LLMs into apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive agentic operations, defining roadmaps and governance for AI agent implementations.
• Lead evaluation and triage of agent performance and incidents.
• Craft and optimize prompts, system messages, and few-shot examples.
• Monitor metrics like latency, token usage, and impact of prompt pipelines.
