Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited seeks a data analytics professional to act as a subject matter expert for retail finance data, collaborating with stakeholders to define problems and deliver data-driven solutions. You will consolidate data from multiple sources and build integrated dashboards to monitor performance.

The role emphasizes GenAI workflows and end-to-end data tool development in a fast-paced environment within Southeast Asia operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI, CS, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analytics and data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory).
• Experience with large-scale structured datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Experience with end-to-end data tools and data marts development is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI tools and workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in retail finance (credit) data and business.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, define problems, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Research and implement analytical frameworks (user analysis, conversion funnels, A/B testing) to uncover opportunities.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated views, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineering to structure and optimize data marts for scalable applications.
• Develop variable tools/workflows and enhance processes, including GenAI approaches.
