Job summary

Monee, a Southeast Asia fintech under Sea Limited, seeks a Business Analyst (AI Solutions & BI) to drive AI-enabled automation in the Insurance unit. You will work with stakeholders to map processes, identify pain points, and prioritise AI opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least one year of BI/AI experience, plus SQL and Python skills. You will build dashboards, test solutions, and ensure data privacy and adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-enabled automation across the Insurance business by working with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify operational pain points and prioritise opportunities for AI solutioning.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions using existing AI tools, workflow automation platforms and scripting.
• Build, test and implement AI solutions that streamline manual tasks, improve information processing and support business decision-making.
• Support solution adoption through documentation, user guidance and training, and monitor effectiveness to identify further improvements.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure data privacy, solution reliability and appropriate human review of AI-generated outputs.
• Analyse business performance using SQL and analytical tools to identify trends, investigate issues and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and communicating findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, business intelligence or AI solutioning.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled automation or workflow solutions, from understanding business needs through to deployment and user adoption.
• Proficiency in SQL, with a sound foundation in data analysis, dashboard development and business performance reporting.
• Ability to understand business processes, assess automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical, workable solutions.
• Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language, with the ability to integrate tools and automate tasks using APIs or workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their practical application, including output validation, data privacy and human oversight.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and explain technical concepts to business users.
• Experience in marketing analytics or the insurance industry is an advantage but not required.
