Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a talented analytics graduate to join our Retail Finance team in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope problems, automate processes, and build insightful dashboards that drive business decisions.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in SQL and Python, familiarity with data visualization tools, and an interest in finance/banking analytics. Graduation by July 2026 with joining by August 2026 is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and above in CS/Engineering/Analytics/IT/Finance/Statistics, with expected graduation by July 2026 and joining August 2026.
Relevant working experience in analytics related roles.

Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs/pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation and improve productivity.
Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of the Retail Finance business.
Be a subject matter expert in retail finance data. Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making.
Build and implement data visualisation of reports and dashboards for management and business users.
