Job summary

Monee is a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, with a growing presence in Latin America. The Retail Finance data team is seeking a driven BI/Analytics professional to automate processes, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.

You will work with stakeholders to scope problems, consolidate data from multiple sources, and support decision making with clear visualisations.

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong academics, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join by August 2027.
Proficient in SQL and Python.
Familiar with data visualization tools.
Collaborates well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Internship/part-time/full-time BI/Analytics experience is a plus.
Finance/banking industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand stakeholder needs to scope problems and automate internal processes for productivity.
Define business metrics and develop analyses that drive actionable insights for Retail Finance.
Consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated views for decision making.
Build and implement data visualisation dashboards for management and business users.
