Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an MGR/AVP, AI and Data Analyst to lead AI/data-driven initiatives in Group Risk Management. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and tech teams to translate challenges into practical AI solutions, while guiding GenAI workloads and cost estimation practices.

You will promote a data-driven culture, build scalable analytics, and ensure governance across risk departments, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, CS, information systems, business or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, BI or related discipline.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG and AI application development.
• Familiarity with risk concepts and regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives and translate into AI/data solutions.
• Develop, deploy and monitor AI/analytics solutions across risk management.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and responsible AI across projects.
