HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Gen AI Product Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery for AI-driven products in the pharma/biosciences domain. You will lead requirements discovery, shape product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features through agile, iterative releases.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, translation, OCR, computer vision, and agentic automation use cases, and will collaborate with data scientists and platform teams to scope

Qualificações

• 6–7 years in BA/PO/Analyst role or similar.
• Experience in agile feature releases and iterative development.
• Hands-on in Generative AI/ML product development within pharma/biosciences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements discovery with business users and domain experts.
• Translate objectives into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define measurable success criteria and KPIs for features.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams on AI solutions.
• Maintain BRD/FRD and run UAT planning and defect triage.
