Job summary

Manulife Singapore is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI and GenAI initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to define AI product roadmaps, translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires deep practical AI experience, including LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks, and you will contribute to global AI capabilities and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of AI, ML, and analytics experience.
• Advanced degree in quantitative field.
• Experience translating ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in AI techniques, including agentic workflows and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design domain AI strategy and deliver AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Act as AI Product Owner and lead end-to-end AI initiatives.
• Prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions with business users and stakeholders.
• Lead the AI delivery squad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance, reusable AI assets, and standards across teams.
