Job summary

PIN GUANG HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a customer service coordinator to manage appointment scheduling for gas pipe, gas water heater, or appliance installations or cut-offs, and to respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or SMS.

You will follow up on emails, notify customers of schedules, promote gas appliances with partners, and liaise with contractors to address service lapses.

Responsibilities

• Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas water heater or appliances.
• Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter.
• Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
• Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
• Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
• Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.
• Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
