Job summary

City Energy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end non-domestic gas installation projects in Singapore. You will supervise Project Coordinators, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance, while coordinating with clients, consultants and regulators.

You will also oversee contractor performance programs, drive system improvements, and coordinate cross-functional projects including Salesforce and digital submission portals.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
• 5–8 years in PM, engineering, utilities, gas or infra.
• Good knowledge of gas installation, drawings and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Project Coordinators for end-to-end non-domestic gas installation projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contractor selection.
• Ensure alignment with clients, consultants, internal teams and regulators.
• Manage submission, amendment and approval of gas drawings.
• Ensure safe and timely completion of projects; minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Improve contractor performance and strengthen supplier relationships.
• Drive operational systems, including UAT planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate Salesforce workflow enhancements and digital submission portal adoption.
