Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director / Director, Business Development - Casino, International Marketing (SG/MY Region) to lead client engagement and drive growth in the regional casino portfolio.

You will build premium relationships, promote gaming products to key segments, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while aligning with policies. This leadership role requires AML/compliance awareness and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field.
Minimum 4 years in managerial roles in Casino Marketing or player development.
In depth knowledge of AML, Compliance Policy and Credit Policy.
Knowledge of Paiza Premium Program.
Knowledge of ACSC, Opera and Table Touch is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Promote the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and drive awareness of its properties.
Promote gaming products and services to target market segments, especially Premium players.
Develop relationships with Premium players to drive visitation to MBS.
Ensure exceptional customer experience at touchpoints in line with guidelines and policies.
Develop profiles on players to tailor interactions and preferences.
Manage compliments in line with reinvestment strategies to achieve profitability.
Provide accurate credit line information for Premium players.
Collaborate with Premium Account Management on payments when needed.
