Job summary

OMNILOJO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a liveops designer for SLG titles to design, balance, and launch seasonal content, and analyse player feedback for timely updates.

You will work cross-functionally with developers and product teams, use data to validate changes, and ensure high-quality seasonal experiences across mobile platforms in a fast-paced publishing environment. Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.

• Continuously design, develop, test, balance, and configure new seasons, ensuring timely and high-quality launches.

• Identify and resolve live game issues promptly, with clear and effective solutions.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to align on live ops goals.

What You’ll Do

• Continuously play and analyse game content, especially seasonal content, to stay up to date with player needs and expectations.
• Independently design, develop, test, balance, and configure new seasons, ensuring timely and high-quality launches.
• Provide constructive recommendations based on project needs and player feedback.
• Track and optimise assigned features to achieve participation and engagement targets.
• Identify and resolve live game issues promptly, with clear and effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SLG strategy games, with a solid understanding of core gameplay, player behaviour, and large-scale features.
• Experience in the full development and launch cycle of mobile games, particularly in seasonal or live-service content.
• Ability to analyse and design complex gameplay systems and large-scale features.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to identify, validate, and resolve issues.
• Hands-on experience with seasonal gameplay and live operations in SLG games is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and team members.
