The Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Game Designer to join a growing game development team in Singapore, focused on creating innovative and engaging experiences for mobile players.

This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys moving between ideas, storytelling, gameplay, prototyping and player experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the creative direction of new game experiences and work closely with designers, artists, developers and other creative disciplines to bring concepts from idea to reality.

The ideal candidate is curious, imaginative and commercially aware, with a strong passion for games and a willingness to explore new tools and technologies, including AI-assisted creative and development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Creative Development

• Generate and develop original game concepts, themes, characters, storylines and gameplay experiences.
• Translate creative ideas into clear concepts, proposals and design documentation.
• Explore new ideas and creative approaches that can differentiate the player experience.

Gameplay & Game Mechanics

• Contribute to the design and refinement of gameplay mechanics, systems and player progression.
• Develop experiences that are intuitive, engaging and aligned with the overall game vision.
• Consider player motivation, retention and engagement when shaping game features.

Collaboration

• Work closely with game designers, artists, writers, developers and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate creative concepts clearly and effectively across different disciplines.
• Contribute constructively to a collaborative and iterative development environment.
