Game Reign PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to lead local HR operations and recruitment. You will manage employee records, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency for cross-border collaboration with Shanghai HQ. Experience in gaming/tech is a plus, and a dynamic, collaborative culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese for China-based liaison.

Responsabilités

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations as the primary HR representative in Singapore.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters including records, leave, performance reviews, relations, benefits, and offboarding.
• Support statutory compliance, government surveys, CPF, work pass applications and HR administration.
• Partner with Shanghai HQ on recruitment and HR matters.
• Organise employee engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, insurance, licenses, vendors and workplace matters.
• Coordinate basic IT and equipment support, including laptop setup and user accounts.
• Provide general HR and administrative support and handle ad hoc duties.

• Oversee office administration, procurement, insurance, licences, vendors and workplace matters.
• Coordinate basic IT and equipment support, including laptop setup, user accounts and external IT vendors.
• Provide general HR and administrative support and handle ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Preferences:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese as the role requires regular communication with China-based counterparts.
• Experience in the gaming or technology industry is an advantage.
