Sokin seeks a Product Director to lead FX and Accounts, coordinating offerings across the currency hedging and treasury product suite. You will start hands-on, leading the new currency hedging product as an individual contributor, while teams continue under current leads.

After integration, you will guide a broader product org to scale and drive growth. You will be expected to understand FX execution, pricing dynamics, and treasury economics, and to shape the product organisation as it scales in

Qualifikationen

• Senior product leadership in FX, treasury or financial markets.

Aufgaben

• Own the number: increase hedging flow and drive treasury adoption and earn revenue.
• Lead hedging product as an individual contributor in early phase before scaling.
• Define KPI system and operating cadence to drive focus and learning.
• Collaborate with Treasury and liquidity providers on pricing and spreads.
• Ship FX intelligence and advisory layers to assist Finance Directors.
• Shape controls and accounting automations to fit finance workflows.
• Lead and develop Product Directors, Group PMs and PMs in the area.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Treasury and Compliance across journeys.
• Describe jobs customers hire the product for and keep the picture current.
• Position the area to win against tier-1 banks and hedging providers.
