Job summary

Rakuten Travel Xchange is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead cash operations, FX risk management, and budgeting for global activities. You will partner with senior leadership to forecast P&L, manage hedge programs, and optimise banking relationships across regions.

The role requires deep expertise in FX hedging, hedge accounting, and strong Excel/TMS capabilities. A proactive, data-driven communicator is essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (CFA/ACCA) are a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate treasury or finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly cash operations and FX exposure positions.
• Review P&L forecasts and budget variance analyses for senior management.
• Lead FX hedge program and monitor hedge policy and effectiveness.
• Manage banking relationships and bank infrastructure projects including cash pooling.
