Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' treasury experience with proven product knowledge in FX, FI and structured products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with Relationship Managers to identify client opportunities.
• Commitment to regulatory and risk/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely market updates and accurate product information to clients and stakeholders.
• Offer hedging/investment solutions aligned with clients' risk profiles and objectives across FX, FI, and structured products.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify client opportunities and ensure prompt execution of orders.
• Ensure adherence to Operational Risk Framework and internal policies in day-to-day activities.
• Lead and develop team culture with risk and control partners and ensure qualified holders of critical functions.
• Identify, escalate and remediate major risk gaps; uphold governance and sales process compliance.
• Demonstrate exemplary conduct and comply with Group Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
