Job summary

Sokin seeks a Product Director to own FX and Accounts, coordinating two existing groups: Conversion & Rates and Treasury, Accounting & Earn. You will start as an individual contributor on the currency hedging initiative, then evolve to lead the broader product area as teams scale.

The role demands deep FX/treasury knowledge and strong cross-functional influence across Finance, Engineering and Compliance. With a strong emphasis on quantitative impact, you will shape pricing, flows and treasury

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience in FX/treasury or financial markets.
• Proven ability to lead and shape product directions across multiple squads.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own FX & Accounts product area and drive hedging and treasury initiatives.
• Lead initial hands-on hedging work as an individual contributor.
• Define KPI systems and operating cadence to drive learning and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Treasury and liquidity providers on pricing and spreads.
• Ship intelligent FX advisory features for Finance Directors’ decision making.
• Shape controls and accounting automations to fit finance workflows.
• Mentor and develop Product Directors, Group PMs and PMs.
