Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Gateway in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Financial Markets Operations team as a Senior Associate or Assistant Vice President. You will manage exceptions handling, settlement, reconciliation and CLS processes for FX, money markets and NDFs.

You will support end-to-end trade validation, settlements, CLS control functions, and data-driven process improvements across multi‑jurisdictional desks while upholding DBS’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forwards.
• Experience in processing, reconciliation and settlements; automation/digitization projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and data analytics skills; Tableau/VBA/Python advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform exception checks on trade validation for FX, Money Market and NDF trades against source docs and confirmations.
• Execute settlement for Treasury products and perform control and completeness checks.
• Monitor CLS controls, reconciliations, investigations and follow-ups with timely escalation.
• Drive process improvements and participate in data analysis and problem solving.
